Health benefits administration and support
CafeHealth, LLC administers health benefit programs for employers and brokers, and supports the participants enrolled in them.
What we do
CafeHealth administers COBRA, FSA, HSA, HRA, ICHRA and LSA programs. That includes the recurring work behind those programs: participant records, required notices, elections, claims and reimbursements, substantiation, and the questions that come with all of it.
Who we serve
We work with employers who need their benefit programs administered, brokers who need an administration partner behind their client relationships, and participants who need a clear answer about their account.
Our approach
Benefits administration is deadline-driven and detail-heavy. Our approach is to take that work on directly rather than hand it back to an HR team: configure the plan correctly at implementation, administer it consistently through the plan year, and give everyone involved a direct route to support.
How we support people
Employers and brokers work with our team on plan changes, reporting and administration questions. Participants can call (844) 404-2233 or submit a service ticket through our contact form, and we follow up using the contact information they provide.
How we communicate
Clear, permission-based communication
We contact people using the details they give us. Text messaging is always separate and always optional.
You choose the channel
Email and phone follow-up are based on the information you submit. SMS requires a separate, optional opt-in.
Service messages only
SMS opt-in covers inquiries, consultations, appointments, support, and account or service updates.
